Anne Morello

Anne Morello has extensive experience in the field of communications and public relations. Anne is currently the Head of Communications, Canada at Nextdoor, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the PR and Communications Lead, Canada at Nextdoor from October 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Nextdoor, Anne worked as a Communications Consultant at MORE Communications starting in July 2019. Anne also briefly served as a PR and Media Partnerships professional at Elevate from July to September 2019.

From 2015 to 2019, Anne held the position of Senior PR Manager at Flipp. Prior to this, they worked as a PR Manager at Flipp from September 2015 to October 2016.

Anne began their career as a Senior Consultant at GCI Canada from April 2013 to August 2015. Anne then worked as a Consultant at NATIONAL Public Relations from July 2011 to April 2013. Prior to this, they gained experience as an Account Executive at The iPR Group from 2007 to July 2011.

Anne's first professional experience was as a Publicity Intern at Random House of Canada Limited from April to June 2007. Overall, they have accumulated a diverse background in communications and public relations, with a focus on leadership roles and strategic communications.

Anne Morello attended Western University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a B.A. Hon degree in English Literature and Language. Following that, they went on to study at Centennial College from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations.
