Brittney Aston has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brittney began their career as a Sales Associate at L.L.Bean in 2016, where they provided personalized assistance and expert knowledge to customers. In 2016, they also worked as a Program Assistant at Tobacco Free Allegheny, collaborating with community groups, health agencies, and local authorities to promote tobacco prevention initiatives.

In 2017, Brittney worked at Assemble, a community space for arts + technology, as a Teacher. Brittney delivered STEAM workshops and facilitated teaching team meetings to promote collaboration and effective communication. During this time, they also worked at Bike Pittsburgh as a Bike Educator and League Cycling Instructor, teaching bicycle traffic handling skills to participants of all ages.
