Caroline Barrett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caroline started their career as a Junior Associate at SapientNitro in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Intern at Kleinfeld Manhattan, gaining experience in retail management, e-commerce, marketing, sales, and customer service. Caroline then joined Universal Cable Productions in 2015 as an Executive Assistant to Sam Esmail, where they managed meetings, production calendars, and schedules for the show Mr. Robot. Caroline also built and maintained a website to streamline workflow among creatives, studios, and networks. In 2016, Caroline became an Executive Assistant to Elizabeth Meriwether at Twentieth Century Fox, where they pitched ideas, managed projects, and wrote copy for character and episode press releases for the comedy series New Girl. Since 2018, Caroline has been working at Nextdoor, first as an International Communications Specialist and then as an International Communications Manager, with their current role ongoing.

Caroline Barrett began their education at the University of San Diego, where they pursued a degree in Communication and Media Studies. Caroline attended the university from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
