Rayleen Hsu has extensive experience in product marketing and consumer marketing. Rayleen is currently serving as the Head of Consumer Product Marketing at Nextdoor. Prior to that, they worked at Meta (formerly Facebook) as the Product Marketing Manager - Commerce, where they led the marketing strategy and launch of Shop, Facebook's shopping destination. Rayleen successfully drove user acquisition, awareness, consideration, and engagement through on-platform marketing tools and seasonal campaigns. Rayleen also led the planning and execution of incentive programs for Shop.

Before their role at Meta, Rayleen held positions at Strava, eBay, Greystripe, Skyrockit (formerly Moderati), Hollrr, and Triage Consulting Group. At Strava, they served as the Director of Product Marketing and the Product Marketing Manager, focusing on revenue generation. At eBay, they were the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing the premium sale program and launching eBay Designer Collective. Rayleen also served as the Product Marketing Manager - Mobile, Innovation & New Ventures, driving downloads and engagement for eBay's mobile apps. At Greystripe, they worked as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager.

Rayleen has also worked as a Marketing & Brand Strategy Consultant at Skyrockit and as a Marketing & Social Media Consultant at Hollrr. Rayleen started their career at Triage Consulting Group as an Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Associate.

Rayleen Hsu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Rayleen also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics, with a minor in French, from UCLA.
