Tim Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they interned at Threads for Thought. In 2013, they worked as a Front Desk Associate at AvalonBay Communities and then as an intern in the Content Department at Sports195. From 2013 to 2018, Tim worked at Grey Group, where they progressed from an Assistant Account Executive to an Account Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw the strategic and creative development of major brand campaigns for clients such as P&G and Nestle. Tim then joined Wieden + Kennedy in 2019 as an Account Supervisor, focusing on major campaigns for NIKE and Facebook. From 2019 to 2021, Tim worked at Nestlé Waters, where they served as an Associate Marketing Manager and later as a Brand Manager, overseeing the communication plan, brand architecture, and equity for the flagship water brand, "Pure Life." Tim's most recent work experience is as a Brand Strategist at Nextdoor, starting in 2022.

Tim Carpenter attended John Jay High School from 2005 to 2007, The Harvey School from 2007 to 2009, and St. Lawrence University from 2010 to 2013. At St. Lawrence University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology & Government.
