Aaron Pifer

Aaron Pifer is an experienced engineer with a robust background in mechanical engineering and interdisciplinary studies. Currently serving as an Electric Power Steering System Engineer at Nexteer Automotive since July 2019, Aaron has also held roles as a CAE Analyst, Prototype Product Engineer, and Project Engineer. Prior to this, Aaron worked as a Technician & Sales Associate at Golf Carts Unlimited, where responsibilities included installation of accessories and customer sales. Experience as a Facilities Manager at Kettering University involved supervising a multi-million dollar athletic center and managing emergency situations. Additionally, Aaron completed multiple co-op positions at Plastic Omnium, focusing on process design, industrialization, and lean manufacturing solutions. Aaron holds a Master's of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and is pursuing an MBA in Engineering/Industrial Management at Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
