Christine Fleis started their work experience in 2000 as a Customer Service representative at Electronic Data Systems. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Magna International as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they provided support for various HR-related issues. Christine then joined Plante & Moran PLLC in 2008 as a Talent & Organizational Development Manager/Sr. Consultant, where they provided data-driven talent management and development solutions. In 2014, they joined General Motors as the Global Talent Lead for Performance Enablement and Employee Listening, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Christine Fleis is the Director of Global Talent Management at Nexteer Automotive.

Christine Fleis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2000. Christine further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Christine also obtained various certifications including Assessment Certification - Feedback and Interpretation from Hogan Assessments, Extraordinary Leader Assessment and Facilitator Certification from Zenger Folkman, FIRO Certification and MBTI Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company, and Strong Interest Inventory Certified and Wave Assessment Certification from Saville Assessment, a WTW Company.
