Dan Dralle has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Dan started their career at General Motors, where they held positions as a Manufacturing Superintendent and Industrial Engineering Superintendent. Dan then moved on to General Motors/DHB as a Manufacturing Engineering Director, where they successfully completed a new facility project. At Delphi, they served as a Director of Engineering and later as a Plant Manager, overseeing multiple plants and implementing cost-saving measures. Currently, they are working at Nexteer Automotive, where they have held various executive director roles, including Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Core Technology, Operations, and Launch Implementation.
Dan Dralle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, which they completed from 1979 to 1983. Dan also pursued a Master of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Operations and Business, from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they completed from 1989 to 1990. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2021.
