Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson has a strong background in engineering and technology, currently serving as the Director of Advanced and Core Manufacturing Engineering at Nexteer Automotive since November 2010. In addition to this role, Doug has taken on the positions of Global Digital Manufacturing Manager and Operational Technology Manager, focusing on controls engineering, robotics engineering, and manufacturing IT. Prior to Nexteer, Doug held the position of Controls Engineering Manager at Stryker from August 2009 to November 2010 and worked as a Process Engineer at General Motors from May 2000 to April 2009. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Purdue University, completed between 1996 and 2000, having previously attended Ball State University from 1994 to 1996.
