Annette Statum, PHR, SHRM-CP

Annette Statum, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Annette began their career with Comptronix/Sanmina in 1987 as an HR Manager/Payroll. In 2001, they moved to Sanmina-SCI as an HR Manager. In 2006, they began working for Nextek, Inc. as an HR Director. In this role, they managed the HR department for an electronics manufacturing facility with 130 employees. Her responsibilities included Benefit Administration, non-exempt and exempt recruiting, Workers Compensation, Affirmative Action Planning, New Hire Orientation and HRIS paperwork, employee counseling and discipline, employee training, company event planning, and payroll.

Annette Statum, PHR, SHRM-CP began their education in 1984 at Fairview High School. Annette then attended Wallace State Community College from 1986 to 1990, where they studied Business/Accounting. Annette concluded their educational career in 1997 at Athens State University, where they studied Management of Technical Business. In 2010, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Annette then obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015. In 2019, they renewed their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
