Zoraida Bejarano

Zoraida Bejarano is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at NextEnergy Group since May 2021, Zoraida also holds an ambassador role at WiSEu Network since January 2024. Previous positions include Global Head of Renewables at Applica Technical Talent Specialists and International Talent Lead for North Africa & Europe at Hill International, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for prominent projects. Zoraida's earlier career includes significant roles at EarthStream Global, PRODIEL, and Altran, focusing on talent acquisition and executive search across various regions. Zoraida holds a Master's degree in International HRM from The Manchester Metropolitan University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
