Jon Jayal is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Advisor and Chief Executive Officer at Nexteq PLC since June 2012, Jon has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies while overseeing significant organizational transformations. Prior to this, Jon held pivotal roles at BlackRock as Vice President, managing large pension and insurance accounts, and at Mercer Investment Consulting as Investment Consultant, where Jon progressed from Junior Analyst to managing a team of approximately 30 consultants. Earlier career experiences include roles as Design Engineer at Quixant Ltd and Densitron, where Jon contributed to the development of gaming computer products. Jon holds a 1st degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick and A-Levels from Trinity School, Croydon.
