Tom Ennis

Tom Ennis is an accomplished technology leader with nearly 25 years of senior-level management experience in contact center solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Voice, Video, and Turret Systems at NextEra Energy Services since January 2017, Tom leads a team of 10 professionals specializing in various technologies, including Cisco and ATOS systems. As the founder of Cedar Parkway Solutions, Tom has provided strategic technology insights to organizations in the contact center sector since 2001. Past roles include Senior Director of Contact Center Technology at TransUnion and Business Solution Architect at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, focusing on contact center technology roadmaps and implementations. Tom's earlier experiences include positions at Motorola, Chordiant Software, MCI Systemhouse, APAC, and The Signature Group. Tom holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Telecommunications from Roosevelt University and has a background in academic studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology and St. Kevins CBS.
