Alexiluis Dominguez-Morales

Alexiluis Dominguez-Morales is an experienced engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, graduating with a 3.89 GPA. Currently, at NextEra Energy, Inc., Alexiluis is involved in advanced data systems within asset management, developing automation scripts using JIRA and Open AI API. Previous experience includes serving as an Electrified Systems Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where Alexiluis led impact assessments and developed Simulink models, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla, programming fan systems and creating heat exchanger requirements. Additionally, Alexiluis held product development responsibilities at Ford, where a centralized information hub was built, and demonstrated leadership as Captain at Colegio Racing Engineering, formulating COVID-19 plans and managing team operations.
