Joy Gilmore

Joy Gilmore is an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a demonstrated history of working in various high-pressure environments. Currently contracted with NextEra Energy, Inc. since June 2022, Joy has previously served as Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Manager at American Pacific Mortgage, where efforts focused on brand management and project streamlining. Additional roles include Creative Department Manager at Tri-Win Direct, where client account management and revenue growth were emphasized, and Graphic Designer at Gateway Mortgage Group, where major event marketing was a key responsibility. Joy's design expertise has been honed through positions at Xerox managing design projects for HCA North Texas Hospital Group, as well as earlier roles in branding and graphic design. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Google UX Design Certification.
