Melissa Ross

Melissa Ross currently serves as a Credit & Collections Analyst II at NextGear Capital, a position held since August 2023. In addition to their professional role, Melissa is actively involved as the Programming Chair of the Neuron Network, where the focus is on raising awareness of the strengths of neurodivergent individuals. Furthermore, Melissa acts as an Ambassador for the DiverseABILITY Employee Resource Group, advocating for awareness and support for individuals with diverse abilities. Melissa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona, with previous educational experiences at Anderson University and Kaplan University.
