Eric Wheeling

Eric Wheeling is a Program Manager at NextGen Federal Systems. Eric has over three years of experience in CBRN Defense and Security. Eric has a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Eric is certified in FEMA's Incident Command System and has experience in developing new equipment training (NET) as well as refresher training for all Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) equipment listed on the Navy's Authorized Equipment List (AEL). Eric has also reviewed and edited numerous government and civilian CBRN training materials, handouts, and course curriculum ensuring all processes were in accordance with standards and the most recent CBRN detection and decontamination best practices.

Eric Wheeling has a degree in Criminal Justice from Marian Court College. Eric also has a certification from LinkedIn in Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology.
