Robert Thomas

Robert Thomas serves as the Director of Learning and Development at NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, starting in October 2022, focusing on cutting-edge telecom engineering and deployment solutions. Prior to this, Robert held several positions at TBC Corporation, including Director of Corporate Learning & Development and Director of Instructional Design, where efforts centered on unifying and scaling learning and development across various business units. Experience at Midas International as the first Instructional Designer and roles at HSBC and Best Buy highlight a strong background in instructional design and corporate training, complemented by awards for excellence in blended learning and the successful implementation of a company-wide training LMS. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design from Ashford University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
