Rhea Juneja

Rhea is a Senior Associate on the Value Creation Team of NGP, where she is responsible for the development and execution of Value Creation Plans and best practices implementation across the portfolio.

Prior to NGP, she was a Senior Associate at KPMG in Deal Advisory & Strategy, focused on organic and inorganic growth for private and publicly owned companies.

Rhea received a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
