Grace Baker

Grace Baker serves as the Senior Manager of Project Management Services at NextGen Healthcare since January 2023. Prior to this role, Grace was the Senior Manager of Business Planning at Oracle for a short period following Oracle's acquisition of Cerner Corporation, where Grace held various leadership positions from May 2011 to October 2022, including Senior Manager of Consulting Services. During the tenure at Cerner, responsibilities included managing a team of approximately 40 associates, overseeing client implementations, financial and operational metrics, and resource planning, while also delivering training and professional development. Grace holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University.
