Melissa Messner

Melissa Messner is an accomplished professional in healthcare revenue cycle management with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Cycle Management at NextGen Healthcare since March 2018, Melissa has previously held senior roles that focus on client onboarding, implementations, and project management at PatientMatters, and served as Revenue Cycle Director at both Parrish Medical Center and North Metro Medical Center. Additional experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Health Care Administration Program at Park University and a history of leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force. Melissa holds a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Eastern State Florida College.
