Mike Maxwell, PMP, is a seasoned healthcare technology leader with extensive experience in technical consulting and client solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Consulting at NextGen Healthcare since July 2023, Mike has previously held significant roles at Phreesia and Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities included leading client success initiatives, overseeing large teams, and managing substantial revenue plans. At Cerner Corporation, Mike directed Continuous Improvement efforts to enhance client services and optimize patient experiences, while also managing upgrade consulting services with impressive financial outcomes. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
