Shelly Collier

Shelly Collier is an experienced professional in technical consulting and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Technical Consulting Services at Degreed since January 2019, after progression from Technical Solutions Specialist and Manager of Technical Implementations. Previously, Shelly spent over a decade at URS Corporation in roles including Talent Specialist and Projects Specialist, focusing on talent development and program administration. Shelly's career began in 1994, including positions as Office Manager at DJ Wholesale and Secretary at Mountain View Equipment, complemented by an administrative role at Novartis Seed. Shelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University and has additional education from Idaho State University.
