Faye Powers

Faye Powers, PMP, has extensive experience in project management across various telecommunications organizations. Currently a Senior Project Manager at NextGen Information Services since December 2009, Faye manages projects for AT&T Services, Inc., focusing on Sales and Marketing Organizations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Manager at AT&T, where responsibilities involved project management support for the Enterprise Sales Organization, and as a Senior Project Manager at KMC Telecom, overseeing the implementation of Oracle-based billing systems. Faye also held senior roles at BroadRiver Communications, EDS, and BellSouth Telecommunications, managing significant projects and teams related to customer relationship management systems, call center operations, and technical support implementations. Faye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Shorter University.
