Troy Glick is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. As the President and Founder of T. H. Glick & Associates since October 2014 and a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners since May 2019, Troy plays a pivotal role in supporting innovative entrepreneurs. Troy co-founded Behavior Science Technology, serving as Chief Operating Officer until its acquisition by CentralReach in 2024, and has held advisory and executive positions at various organizations, including HAE Innovations, Database Labs, and ZOS Communications.
