Agnieszka Skraburska

Agnieszka Skraburska has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Agnieszka is currently working at Nexthink as a Product Education Manager, where they are responsible for defining and executing strategies to enhance the learning experience for Nexthink's end-users. Agnieszka leads two teams and has developed numerous certifications and e-learnings.

Prior to their current role, Skraburska worked at ABB as a Global Communication & Training Manager and a Global Training Manager. In these roles, they led the design and delivery of global trainings on risk and control processes and applications, managed the development process of guides and product trainings, and automated training monitoring and evaluation processes.

Before ABB, Skraburska worked at GP Strategies Corporation as an L&D Consulting Manager for ABB, where they selected and built relationships with trainers across Europe and developed training programs and resources for various learning topics.

Agnieszka also has experience at UBS as a PMO, Security IT Education & Communication, where they managed a training program and worked closely with subject matter experts to raise awareness about application security.

Skraburska founded their own company, Skraburska Coaching | Consultancy | Training, where they conducted market research and benchmark studies in the IT/BPO/SSC sectors. Agnieszka also worked as a Project Manager and Trainer at prorozvoyovo, recruiting and training business and NGO representatives to become trainers and coaches.

Additionally, Skraburska has worked at Jagiellonian University as a Project Coordinator and Coach, where they developed an Erasmus Placements Programme and provided career counseling to students.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Petrus Communications as an Account Manager, promoting the Airbus Fly Your Ideas Challenge and managing graduate marketing campaigns for clients such as Shell, Toyota, Airbus, and Barcalys Capital.

In 2022, they attended IMD and obtained a degree in Organizational Leadership, specifically in Leading in the digital age.

From 2013 to 2014, they studied at the International School of Executive Coaching and earned a degree in Systems-Psychodynamic Coach.

In 2013, they enrolled at the MATRIK School of Management Consultants and Trainers and became a certified Management Consultant and Trainer.

Between 2011 and 2012, they attended Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, where they obtained a degree in Career Counseling.

From 2002 to 2010, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree at Jagiellonian University, specializing in Sociology with a focus on Market Research.

In addition to their formal education, they also hold various certifications. Agnieszka obtained the "Mastering NQL" certification from Nexthink in March 2023. In November 2020, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lean Methods Group. Agnieszka also holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, obtained in March 2017. Finally, they obtained the Systems-Psychodynamic Coach certification from prorozvoyovo in November 2014 and the MATRIK Professional Management Trainer certification from Stowarzyszenie Konsultantów i Trenerów Zarządzania MATRIK in October 2013.
