Claudio Umaña

Claudio Umaña is an experienced engineering manager at Nexthink since January 2020, previously serving as a developer manager at Kigo, Inc. from February 2018 to December 2019. As the CTO and co-founder of Heygo from August 2014 to March 2018, Claudio contributed as a scrum master, cloud network, and backend engineer. Prior freelance work included a senior software engineer role focusing on cloud engineering and system administration from August 2014 to October 2015. Claudio's professional journey also includes positions as a product development engineer at Intel and a senior software engineer at Hewlett Packard. Claudio holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Instituto Tecnológico (2014-2015) and a Master's Degree in Digital Communications from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR (1997-2003).
