Eric Bertolotti

Regional Director, People & Talent at Nexthink

Eric Bertolotti has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and HRIS project management. Eric has held various roles in different companies. Most recently, they worked at Nexthink, starting as an HR Operations Manager in September 2018, then progressing to become an HR Business Partner in November 2019. In April 2020, they were promoted to HR Business Partner Manager and continued in this role until December 2022. From December 2022 to May 2023, they served as an HR Business Partner & Global Benefits Manager, EMEA, before being promoted to their current position as Global Sr. HR Business Partner & Benefits Manager in April 2023.

Prior to their time at Nexthink, Eric worked at Unigestion as an HR Operations Manager - Vice President from October 2011 to September 2018. Before that, they served as an HRIS Project Director at Groupe Mutuel from May 2010 to October 2011.

Eric's career also includes roles at Lexmark International, Inc. as an EMEA HRIS Analyst and Project Manager from February 2005 to December 2010, and at Cedar Management Consulting International LLC as a Consultant from 2003 to 2005. Eric began their professional journey at CSC Consulting Group as a Consultant from September 2001 to September 2002.

Eric Bertolotti began their education in 2000 at IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management, where they earned a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management. In 2014, they attended HRSE and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. During the same year, they also pursued a Brevet Federal degree in HR International from HRSE. In 2015, Eric obtained the Brevet Federal - HR Specialist certification from HRSE. Recently, in 2019, they enrolled in the Leadership Development Program at IMD, focusing on Management.
