Support Team Lead North America at Nexthink

Kevin Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Kevin began their career in 2006 at Schneider Electric as a Quality Assurance Auditor, where they audited products in process and provided support for new product introduction. Kevin also set up and trained outside manufacturing service centers. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Document Control Specialist at Schneider Electric before joining EdeniQ, Inc. in 2012 as a Document Control Specialist. Kevin then moved to Serpa Packaging Solutions in 2014 as a Technical Document Control Specialist. In the same year, they joined Cognitec Systems as a Technical Specialist, a role they held until 2019. Kevin is currently working at Nexthink, starting as a Product Support Engineer in 2019, progressing to become an L3 Product Support Specialist in 2020, and eventually becoming a Support Team Lead for North America in 2023.

Kevin Courtney attended Fresno City College from 2009 to 2014, where they studied English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their college education, Kevin has obtained several certifications. In July 2011, they completed the ISO 14001:2004 Advanced Lead Auditor Training from AQS Management Systems. Kevin also obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Certified Lead Auditor certification from the same institution in July 2011. Furthermore, Kevin obtained the LFS101x: Introduction to Linux certification from The Linux Foundation in October 2017, and the One Month Python certification from One Month in November 2017. Their most recent certification is the Python for Data Science certification, which they obtained from General Assembly in May 2018.
