Laura Blackie has comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Laura began their career in 1996 as a Compaq Product Manager at Business Systems Group, where they successfully increased annual sales revenue by 130%. Laura then moved on to roles at Metia as an Account Director, managing high-profile accounts and overseeing projects for Microsoft, HP, and Alterian.

In 2002, Laura joined Microsoft as a Global Marketing Manager for Mobile & Embedded Devices, eventually transitioning to the EMEA Marketing Manager roles for Mobile & Embedded Devices and the Communications Sector. During their time at Microsoft, they developed strategic marketing plans and managed campaigns on a global scale.

From 2007 to 2012, Laura worked at Nokia, initially as an EMEA Marketing Manager for Nokia Intellisync and later as a Senior Manager for Global Operator Strategy and Marketing. Laura led international marketing teams, executed co-marketing campaigns with mobile carriers worldwide, and developed go-to-market strategies to support product launches.

Laura then joined NCR Corporation in 2013 as a Senior Field Marketing Manager, where they collaborated closely with sales leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to establish field marketing plans and strategies. Laura'sresponsibilities included managing key marketing activities, such as lead generation, tradeshows, events, sponsorships, brand awareness campaigns, and industry relations.

In 2020, Laura joined Hootsuite as the Senior Manager for EMEA Enterprise Strategic Marketing Programs, overseeing marketing initiatives to drive business growth in the region. Laura then transitioned to Flooid, where they served as an Account Based Marketing Manager, before joining Nexthink in 2022. At Nexthink, they worked as an Account Based Marketing Manager EMEA and was later promoted to the position of Director for ABM and Partner Marketing.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in account-based marketing, strategic planning, campaign management, team leadership, and budget management. Laura'sdiverse experience across various industries and roles has equipped their with a comprehensive skill set for driving marketing success.

Laura Blackie attended the University of the West of Scotland from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Information Technology with Marketing.
