Olivier Gilder

Europe Channel Director at Nexthink

Olivier Gilder has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Olivier began their career as a Sales Executive at Peregrine Systems, where they achieved consistently strong sales performance and played a role in channel and alliances management. Olivier then moved on to Mercury Interactive, where they served as a Sales Manager and successfully launched a new Application Performance Monitoring product in France.

Gilder joined HP in 2003 and held various positions, including Global Account Manager and Software Account Manager, where they managed key accounts and exceeded sales targets. Following this, they became the Country Manager at Managed Objects / Novell, where they were responsible for launching and managing the French operations and implemented successful sales and marketing strategies.

At ServiceNow, Gilder worked as the France Territory Manager, and later joined Landesk as the Middle East - Africa Manager. In these roles, they focused on developing and empowering partners, managing sales and presales teams, and achieving record-breaking business growth.

Currently, Gilder is working at Nexthink as the Europe Channel Director, where they are responsible for developing partnerships and business with HP Inc. Olivier has successfully created and led the Partner program in Southern Europe and implemented strategies to drive sales, increase deal sizes, and enter new markets.

Olivier Gilder completed their Bachelor's degree in International Strategy from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht between 1990 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained their Baccalaureat B with a Mention Bien from Institut de l'Alma, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In 2021, Olivier also achieved a TOEIC score of 880/890.
