Pauline Anfray has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fields of talent development, employee success, people development, and sales operations.

Starting in 2014, Anfray worked at Nexthink as a Senior Talent Success Specialist, where they led the Learning & Development department and managed training budgets and vendor relationships. Pauline implemented various training programs and provided training reports and guidance to optimize budget usage.

After that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Lycée agricole in Sées, where they earned an HND (Animal Productions) with apprenticeship.

In 2005, Pauline enrolled in the Agricultural College Théodore Monod in Le Rheu for a preparatory class for Agronomy and Veterinary schools, which they completed in 2006. Pauline then went on to AgroParisTech, a Paris Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industries Management, Innovation, and Performances from 2006 to 2009.

In 2011, they attended Qedem for a three-day Project Management course, and in 2012, they completed a three-day Team Management program at Cégos. In 2019, Pauline received the Leadership Essentials Certification from IMD. Pauline also pursued further professional development in the financial field by attending a two-day Finance and IFRS training at FinHarmony in an unspecified year.

In 2020 and 2021, they participated in Training in Design Thinking and Employee Experience (DTEX) at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Additionally, in 2021, Pauline completed a behavioral sciences program called Drive Results with Talent, offered by Predictive Index. The following year, they engaged in Managers as Coaches and Essential Conversations courses at BetterManager.
