Richard Plottin has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of FP&A and Finance Transformation at Nexthink, a SaaS Unicorn and global leader in DeX. In this role, Richard leads finance transformation initiatives and is responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.

Prior to their current role, Richard worked at Lexmark, where they held multiple positions over a span of several years. Richard served as the Head of Transformation - Global, Head of Sales Operations - EMEA, Head of Finance and Sales Operations - Region, Senior FP&A Analyst, EMEA Performance Planning Analyst, and EMEA Pricing Analyst. Throughout these roles, Richard gained extensive experience in financial analysis, sales operations, and pricing strategies.

Richard also co-founded Coworkees, a company they worked at from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they worked at IBM BTO as a Credit Risk Analyst, where they analyzed credit collection, reporting, and financial statements. At Xerox Europe Limited, Richard served as an Account Payable professional, handling invoices, reconciliations, and customer inquiries. Lastly, they started their career at Schneider Electric as a Junior Credit Manager, focusing on credit limit negotiations, risk management, and credit guarantee negotiations.

Richard Plottin earned a Master's degree in Finance from ESC Grenoble - Wesford, where they studied from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a DECF in Accounting and Finance at DECF Annecy from 2003 to 2006.
