Andreína Teixeira

Andreína Teixeira has over nine years of work experience in recruitment and development. Andreína began their career in 2012 as a Recruiting Lead at Spanish ASAP. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Recruitment and Selection Analyst at Topitop, Recruitment and Development Specialist at HMO Servisalud C.A., and Recruitment and Development Lead at Evenpro. In 2017, they were a Talent Management Specialist at Fundación Jacinto Convit, Psychologist (Social Consultant) at ALIADAS EN CADENA, and Senior Researcher for the Sourcing team at Fetcher. Most recently, they have been a Principal Technology Recruiting Analyst at Nexton since 2021.

Andreína Teixeira is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation (English to Spanish) at Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Andreína also attended Estudio Sampere - Escuela de Traductores e Intérpretes in 2022 to obtain a Revisión y corrección de estilo. In addition, they have taken Language Courses at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2007 to 2022. Andreína obtained their Master's degree in Organizational Development from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2019. Andreína Teixeira earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2012. In 2023, they obtained the SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate, SFPC from CertiProf. In 2020, they received the EF SET English Certificate 82/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
