Oriana Puente has worked in the recruitment field since 2017. Oriana started as a Clinical Psychologist at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in 2017. In 2019, they began working as a Recruiting Sourcer at Fetcher, sourcing between 150-225 profiles weekly through Linkedin Recruiter for clients in The United States, Europe, Asia, and LATAM. In 2020, they worked as a Recruiter at TAL Group, crafting reach-out messages and conducting phone screens to fill full-time and relief roles for retail, chain, hospital, independent, and specialty pharmacies. Oriana also provided support on in-house recruitment, salary negotiation, T&C agreements, and conducting reference checks. In the same year, they worked as a Recruiting Sourcer for Visage.Jobs, building pipelines for the 4.0 industry in the US, EU, Asia, and LATAM. Finally, they are currently working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Nexton, matching engineers based in LATAM with venture-backed US startups, mid-size companies, and big companies. Additionally, they assist the team with preparing trainings for new hires.
