Rebecca Oppenheim is the Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter at nextOPP Search, a national recruiting agency that partners with companies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Rebecca is also a Mentor at Backstage Capital, an organization dedicated to increasing investment opportunities for underrepresented founders. Additionally, Rebecca serves as an Advisor at Mile Square Labs, a revenue agency focused on growing technology companies. Rebecca has also worked as an Account Manager in recruiting roles at Sui Foundation, LOOP, Deduce, b8ta, and Scribe Media. Prior to these roles, they were a Senior Associate at Russell Tobin & Associates, where they gained expertise in full-cycle recruiting. Rebecca also has experience as a VIP Event Concierge at Beauty & Essex, part of the TAO Group.

Rebecca Oppenheim attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Rebecca later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Business from New York University.
