Sophie Ronen

Sophie Ronen has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sophie began their career in 2006 as a Chargée de Recherche at Cabinet Rivière Consult Associés. In 2007, they moved to France Telecom as a Chargée d'études formation. In 2008, they worked as a Chargée de Missions Formation at Nespresso France. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Chargée de Missions RH at Heineken, where they managed projects such as the Bilan Social Individualisé 2012 and the Entretiens Annuels Professionnels. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Siplast-Icopal as a Responsable Développement RH, where they managed recruitment, training, GPEC, and relations sociales. In 2016, they moved to NRJ GROUP as a Responsable Développement RH. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Effy as a Responsable Ressources Humaines. Currently, they are the Head of People at Nextories.

Sophie Ronen completed a Master in Human Resources at OMNES Education in 2007-2008.
