Sue Mikolashek

Ms. Mikolashek joined NextPoint Group in February 2011 as the Human Resources Manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her career with the company. She brought with her over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Government Contracts, Network Administration and Compliance.

Ms. Mikolashek oversees the Accounting, Contracts, Security, and Human Resources departments and is a member of NextPoint’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining the team, Ms. Mikolashek’s previous management experience includes C2 Portfolio, General Electric, Smiths Aerospace, Dowty Aerospace, and Future Business Leads of America, where she was responsible for government contracts, facility security, state and federal compliance, human resources, benefits negotiation, and administration, 401k plan administration, employee relations, training, payroll, corporate policy, publication design, and network administration.

Ms. Mikolashek is a graduate of the State University of New York, Alfred, with a degree in Graphic Arts.
