Karen Mann-Anand has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry. Karen began their career in 2006 as a Senior Litigation Paralegal & eDiscovery Specialist at Weintraub Genshlea Chediak. In 2008, they moved to Northern Trust as a Litigation Support Manager. In 2009, they joined Williams Lea as a Litigation Support Project Manager. In 2011, they were appointed Senior Manager - Client Strategy at Recommind. In 2015, they became Global Strategic Account Manager at FRONTEO, where they managed key global accounts and reported to the executive team. In 2017, they took on the role of Account Manager at Everlaw. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Customer Success at DISCO. In 2019, they became Head of Client Success at LeadIQ. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant at a Confidential company. Currently, they are Head of Client Success at Nextpoint, where they are automating ediscovery projects for legal teams of every size.

Karen Mann-Anand earned their ABA Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Philosophy with an emphasis in Law from San Francisco State University, which they completed in 2001.
