Nicole Foss

Nicole Foss MBA, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they became the President Elect and Committee Chair for the American Cannabis Nurses Association (ACNA). In 2019, they were the Chief Science Officer + Director of Consumer Products and Brands for NeXtraction, as well as the Director of the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest Hemp Industries Association (PNW HIA). In 2016, they were an I502 Owner/Operator for an undisclosed company, managing daily operations from seed to sale and developing a Veteran Outreach Program as part of the annual harvest. From 2009 to 2012, they were an Executive Assistant, Adjunct Instructor, and Computer Resource Center at Saint Martin's University. Additionally, from 2012 to 2016 they were an ED Scribe at Scribes STAT, working alongside physicians in the Emergency Room to compile accurate, real-time electronic medical records. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they were a Lead Instructor at The Little Gym of Middleton, WI, teaching dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, karate, and sports skills classes for children ages 2 to 13.

Nicole Foss obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Saint Martin's University in 2009-2012. Nicole then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Martin's University in 2013-2016. Nicole additionally obtained a Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt in Lean Operations from Saint Martin's University in 2016. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pacific Lutheran University in 2016-2018.
