James Worladge

James Worladge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and management. Currently serving as the Area Manager for Victoria at NextSense since January 2017, James oversees clinical services for children and adults who are deaf or hard of hearing. Previous roles include Philanthropy Manager at NextSense and The Australian Ballet, where James spearheaded fundraising initiatives and donor engagement. With a background as Director of Fundraising and Community Relations at Taralye, and various positions in donor relations and development at RMIT University and Monash University, James has consistently focused on enhancing community support and philanthropic efforts. A business graduate from RMIT University, James began a career in business management and development with a solid foundation in human resource management.
