David Savarise

Dave Savarise is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business process outsourcing. Currently serving as Chief Client Officer at nextSource since January 2023, Dave previously held leadership positions at Broadleaf Results, including President and Executive Vice President, where strategic growth and delivery excellence were emphasized. As the Founder of Blue Bear Consulting Company, Dave focuses on optimizing HR processes and talent acquisition strategies.
