Mary M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mary began their career as an SES Program Manager at College Nannies & Tutors in 2009 and then worked in an administrative role at Oak Grove Capital in 2011. Following this, Mary worked as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Randstad Professionals, where they recruited and managed accounts for top Fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities. Mary also built and maintained relationships with clients and utilized various platforms to identify and place qualified candidates. In 2015, Mary joined CliftonLarsonAllen as a Recruiter for the Midwest region, where they effectively managed and prioritized multiple requisitions and handled seasonal tax hiring projects. Mary then worked at Target as a Sr. Procurement in Indirect Sourcing & Procurement, managing contractor and consultant management, before joining Landing Point in 2022 as a Sr. Recruiter specializing in recruiting for the Medical Device/MedTech industry. Currently, Mary is working at nextSource as a Recruiting Fulfillment Lead.

Mary M. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the College of Saint Benedict. Mary also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management from Ashford University. In addition to their academic achievements, Mary M. has certifications as a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) from AIRS, obtained in June 2016, and as an ARIS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS, obtained in September 2015.
