Marc Johnson

Marc Johnson, CFA, CPA has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Marc began their career in 2003 at Toll Cross Securities Inc., where they worked in investment banking until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Equity Research Mining Analyst at M Partners. In 2012, they joined Orbite Aluminae Inc. as the VP of Corporate Development & Investor Relations. Marc then worked as a Principal at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Red Pine Exploration Inc. and NextSource Materials Inc., where they were responsible for financial and accounting functions. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Honey Badger Exploration Inc. In 2017, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Telna Inc. (formerly Knowroaming Ltd.) until 2020. Marc became the Chief Financial Officer at Andean Drilling Services Inc. in 2019 and later joined IC Capitalight Corp. in the same role in 2019.

Marc Johnson, CFA, CPA has a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Financial Accountancy) from Concordia University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Marc also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Professional Designation from CFA Institute from 2003 to 2006, and the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Professional Education Program from CPA Ontario from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Professional Accountant.
