Scott Mueller

Scott R. Mueller is Co-Founder and Chairman of Watermark Bank. Mr. Mueller has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of entities, including American Energy Partners, LP, SCOOP Energy Company and Arcadia Resources, LP. Mr. Mueller has also served as Chief Investment Officer for a family office with a significant portfolio of private equity, public securities, hedge funds, derivatives and oil and gas assets. He was Chief Investment Officer and Partner at TLW Investments and TLW Trading, a Partner at Hall Capital Partners, and was a Vice-President in the Private Wealth Management Group at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Mueller holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He earned a B.A. in General Business Administration and Pre-Law from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
