Kert D. Peterson

Kert D. Peterson is an accomplished agile consultant and trainer with extensive experience in project management, software development, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Lead Kanban Trainer at NextUp Solutions since January 2023, Kert focuses on enhancing learning processes within businesses through agile practices. As the owner of KDP Consulting, LLC since March 2002, Kert specializes in agile methods for product development and delivery. Previous roles include Chief Learning Officer at Applied Frameworks, Senior Agile Coach at Agile Velocity, and Senior Consultant at Net Objectives, among others, where Kert has guided numerous organizations in adopting lean-agile methodologies and improving operational efficiencies. Kert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
