Emma Karslake is currently the Head Of Business Operations at NextWave Consulting, a leading Digital Acceleration Consultancy for Financial Services. Prior to that, Emma held roles as Head of Research and Candidate Manager at Rutherford Search, an executive recruitment firm in the financial services sector. Emma also worked as an Executive Assistant at REED and held administrative roles at Orchards Cookery, Ward Thomas Removals Ltd, and Streatham and Clapham High School. Emma holds a Bsc in Human Biology from Oxford Brookes University.
