Shazri Sofi

Shazri Sofi is a Principal Consultant at NextWave Partners. Shazri has over three years of experience in recruitment, account management, and transformation.

Shazri started their career as a Recruitment Account Manager at Raintree Partnership. In this role, they were responsible for managing existing key accounts within the technology sector while developing relationships with new clients. Shazri successfully placed candidates in both permanent and contract positions.

In April 2018, Shazri joined Astbury Marsden as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they focused on recruitment in the technology sector in Singapore and Hong Kong. Shazri made successful placements in both permanent and contract positions.

In March 2019, Shazri joined WeAreAspire as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in technology placement. Shazri helped the company expand its focus to the digital, media, and marketing communications industry.

Shazri is currently a Principal Consultant at NextWave Partners. In this role, they are responsible for leading the recruitment process for the company’s clients in the Asia-Pacific region.

Shazri Sofi has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Marketing from Taylor's University.
