Mythily Ramesh is the Co-Founder and CEO of NEXTWEALTH ENTREPRENEURS PRIVATE LIMITED. Mythily has over 20 years of experience in the outsourcing and business process management industry. Mythily has held various leadership positions in their career, including Senior Vice President at Wipro BPO, where they achieved 300 m $ of business and moved the back office work from 5% to 35%.

Mythily has a proven track record in building and scaling successful businesses. Mythily was instrumental in setting up Wipro BPO’s procurement BPO practice and managed the operations of these clients. Mythily also set up the platform BPO to increase operational efficiencies on the floor. In addition, they started the BPO Consulting practice, the consulting arm for BPO.

Under their leadership, NEXTWEALTH has become one of the leading providers of outsourcing and business process management services in India. The company has a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, which has helped it win several prestigious awards and accolades.

Mythily Ramesh has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy and an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
