James Roth

James Roth is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at Nexus: Youth and Family Solutions since April 2018, James specializes in managing server hardware and software as well as assessing infrastructure needs. Previously, as a Senior IT Coordinator at Indian Oaks Academy, responsibilities included the administration of 25 servers and managing network access for over 350 clients. James began a career in technology as an IT Tech at Nexus: A Family of Treatment Programs, where installation and technical assistance were core functions. Earlier roles included Tier 2 Technical Support at Pavlov Media and Loss Prevention at Walmart, where safety and investigative responsibilities were highlighted. James holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and has additional qualifications in Information Systems and Network Operations.
